Throughout the year, The Chilly Collective offers seasonal experiences and resources designed to support embodied living, creativity, and meaningful connection
Seasonal workshops and gatherings
Rooted in nature, reflection, and connection, our workshops and gatherings follow the rhythm of the year. Held in alignment with the changing seasons, these experiences create space to pause, notice, and reconnect - with yourself, with others, and with the wider natural world. Each gathering is shaped to feel grounded, spacious, and responsive to the moment.
Creative sessions
Our creative sessions invite you to work slowly and intuitively with your hands. Through jewellery making, collage, and other hands-on crafts, we explore creativity as a process rather than a product. Inspired by natural materials and gentle making, these sessions offer a chance to experiment, express, and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating without pressure.
Embodied experiences
Including cold water therapy and mindful practices, our embodied experiences support deeper presence and awareness. These sessions are designed to help you tune into your body, regulate your nervous system, and explore the edge between comfort and challenge in a supported, intentional way.
